Epsilon was started by passionate collectors and enthusiasts, for collectors and enthusiasts. As a result, we offer what we love and hope that you'll love it too!

Provenance ˈprävən(ə)ns - a record of ownership used as a guide to authenticity or quality.

Quality, condition, uniqueness, and provenance are critical attributes that discerning collectors look for when hunting for their next centerpiece. That's why we go to great lengths and take great pride in offering the most complete and original items we can find. That means:

• Original retail packaging, bags, and boxes
• Original retail paperwork, manuals, booklets, warranty cards, receipts (personal information redacted if applicable), etc.

As a collector, online shopping can be enormously frustrating, especially if the seller doesn't post high-quality photos of everything an item's package includes; often leaving the buyer guessing or taking a gamble on an item that may or may not be in the condition they hoped for. 

An item that is offered with its complete provenance; retail packaging, and paperwork is often valued higher than otherwise because this aids in verifying authenticity, and signals that the original purchaser may have been responsible, took care of the item, and did not abuse, or misuse it.  

Care, Maintenance, and Refurbishment

Often we come across pre-owned items we love, and would love to offer to you, but are a little worse-for-wear. We may be passionate enthusiasts but we are not expert watchmakers, master leatherworkers, or nibmeisters. As a result, when an item comes in that needs some extra love and attention, we send it off to the experts; which primarily means original factory care and service. No amateurs, no non-authentic parts, and no over-polishing. If an item has been refurbishment, it will be clearly listed on the product's page, and any and all service paperwork included. For items where factory care and refurbishment is unavailable (such as vintage watches where the manufacturer no longer operates) we will work with an expert watchmaker or technician that is licensed or otherwise qualified to perform the service. 

No Drop Shipping

We only offer items we love, and would love to offer to you. Part of our inventory curation process involves hands-on testing and evaluation of our products. As a result, every item listed as in-stock on our site is in-hand and available for immediate shipping from our inventory. We do not drop ship products from overseas in an effort to maintain the best customer experience possible, ensure the highest product quality, and offer the best support we can.
